He is a veteran Air Warrior from the Indian Air Force. He hails from a remote village in Satara district. He has completed his primary education from ZP marathi medium school and higher education from a college in the vicinity. He has served over 20 years in Indian Air Force in Administration and operational domains. He is an alumnus of Shivaji University-Kolhapur, IGNOU-New Delhi, Osmania University-Hyderabad, Asian College of teachers, Intesol Worldwide and several other institutions. He aims to emphasize EQ over IQ. His leadership traits are being benefitted by the Preschoolers and whosoever comes across. He is a peace loving, spiritual and devoted person. He often undertakes activities for the benefit of the needy social elements.

He is an avid reader and enjoys visiting places, trips and parties. He is married to an Academician Renuka and is blessed with two daughters Arya and the younger one ‘Anvi’.

He is a founder member of The trust “Audumbari Foundation” and “The Vision Preschool”.Presently, he is the President of Audumbari Foundation, Pune Maharastra. This foundation is registered under the Societies Reistration Act 1860 and Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950.
